Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "ta774," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the ta774 platform, accessible at ta774.cam, operating under a valid license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Platform" means the ta774 website, including all pages, services, games, promotional content, and related tools available at ta774.cam and any of its subdomains.
• "User," "you," "your," "Player" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ta774 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered and verified ta774 user account enabling access to real-money gaming services.
• "Real-Money Wager" means any bet placed using actual funds held in a ta774 account wallet, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by ta774 that may be subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by ta774 and mandated by PAGCOR for all accounts seeking to deposit or withdraw funds.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government-mandated regulatory authority overseeing all legal gaming activity in the Philippines.

To register a ta774 account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be physically located within a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted;
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number or email address;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of ta774 or any of its affiliated gaming providers;
• Not be registered on any national or operator self-exclusion list applicable to Philippine online gaming.

One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on ta774. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

KYC Verification

ta774 is required to verify the identity of all users prior to processing withdrawal requests and, where appropriate, prior to accepting deposits above specified thresholds. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS ID, driver's license, or passport) and a proof of residential address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by ta774 may result in temporary account restriction.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ta774 login credentials, including your username and password. ta774 will never ask you to share your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone.

You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password and not reuse credentials from other platforms;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Log out of your account on shared or public devices;
• Notify ta774 support immediately at support at ta774.cam if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

ta774 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain reasonable security practices, including sharing credentials with a third party.

All transactions on ta774 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits may be made via the following supported payment methods, subject to availability:

• GCash
• Maya (formerly PayMaya)
• GrabPay
• QR Ph-enabled interbank transfers
• BPI, BDO, and Metrobank via InstaPay or PESONet

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. ta774 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds where amounts trigger anti-money laundering (AML) review thresholds in accordance with PAGCOR requirements.

Deposits are credited to your ta774 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. ta774 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within the expected timeframe, please contact ta774 support with your transaction reference number.

Currency and Conversion

ta774 does not apply currency conversion charges. All deposits accepted in PHP are credited in PHP at a one-to-one ratio with no deductions or fees applied by ta774 at the point of deposit, unless otherwise disclosed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the identity on your ta774 account;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method and are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account;
• Any active bonus funds subject to pending wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled.

Processing Times

ta774 targets the following processing windows, measured from the time a withdrawal request is approved by our payments team:

• GCash and Maya: 5–15 minutes;
• QR Ph / InstaPay bank transfers: 15–60 minutes;
• PESONet transfers: next banking day.

These are target timeframes and not guaranteed service levels. Delays may occur during high-volume periods, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. ta774 will notify you if a withdrawal is delayed for compliance-related reasons.

Withdrawal Refusal

ta774 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, ta774 will notify the account holder in writing and specify the reason for the delay where disclosure does not compromise an active investigation.

ta774 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all ta774 promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts only. Players who have not completed KYC verification are ineligible to claim bonuses;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 30x, 35x) specifies the total amount you must wager before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable cash;
• Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be completed within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited to your account;
• Only one active bonus may be applied to a single account at a time, unless a promotion explicitly permits stacking;
• ta774 reserves the right to amend, pause, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where possible;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of promotional terms, or collusion — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated winnings.

All games available on the ta774 platform — including live casino tables, slot titles, bingo rooms, plinko, and arcade games — are provided by licensed game studios whose random number generation (RNG) systems have been independently certified by approved testing laboratories.

Bets placed and accepted by the ta774 platform are considered final once confirmed. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or platform error during a game round:

• If the outcome cannot be determined, the wager will be refunded to the player's account;
• Winnings erroneously credited due to a technical error are void and ta774 reserves the right to reclaim such amounts.

Game history — including all bet records, outcomes, and transaction logs — is retained for a minimum period as required by PAGCOR and is accessible to the account holder through the game history section of their dashboard.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ta774 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registration by any person under the age of 21;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information;
• Creating or operating more than one ta774 account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with games or the platform interface;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the systematic exploitation of promotion terms, matched betting using bonus funds, or multi-accounting for promotional gain;
• Attempting to reverse, dispute, or charge back any deposit through your payment provider without first exhausting ta774's dispute resolution process;
• Using ta774 to launder proceeds of unlawful activity in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal;
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the ta774 platform, servers, or other users' gaming experience.

ta774 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered users through the account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Increases to limits take effect after a cooling-off period; decreases are applied immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen messages displaying the time elapsed and net gaming activity during your session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days). During this period, you will not be able to log in or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term or permanent exclusion from the ta774 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and prevent account access for the duration specified. ta774 will also suppress marketing communications to self-excluded players.

ta774 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where:

• A breach of these Terms & Conditions is identified or reasonably suspected;
• The account holder fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• ta774 is required to do so to comply with PAGCOR regulations, a court order, or a law enforcement request;
• The account shows signs of problem gambling behavior that warrants protective intervention.

Where an account is suspended for compliance review, ta774 will communicate with the account holder within a reasonable timeframe. Where closure results from a proven breach, the remaining balance — net of any voided bonus winnings — will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, unless the balance is subject to a lawful hold or confiscation order.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their ta774 account may submit a request to ta774 support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, with any remaining eligible balance withdrawn to the player's verified payment method.

All content on the ta774 platform — including but not limited to the ta774 name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the property of ta774 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the ta774 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ta774 content without prior written consent;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any ta774 software or game engine;
• Use the ta774 brand name, logo, or any derivative thereof in connection with any third-party product or service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ta774's total liability to any user for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the ta774 platform shall be limited to the net deposits made by the user in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ta774 shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform;
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or scheduled maintenance;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or telecommunications networks that affect your ability to access or use ta774;
• Losses arising from unauthorized account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain reasonable account security.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits ta774's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

ta774 processes personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 — the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines — and PAGCOR's applicable data governance requirements. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by ta774's Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and is available at ta774.cam/privacy-policy.

By registering an account, you consent to ta774 processing your personal data for purposes including but not limited to account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance reporting to PAGCOR.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of ta774 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Dispute Process

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding ta774's services, you should first contact ta774 customer support at support at ta774.cam. ta774 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and providing a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through ta774's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with their established player complaint procedures. ta774 cooperates fully with all PAGCOR-mandated dispute resolution processes.

ta774 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to eligibility requirements, withdrawal conditions, or player rights — ta774 will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the ta774 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you may close your account by contacting ta774 support before the effective date. All pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the terms in effect at the time the withdrawal was requested.
